Return your purchases in 4 simple steps
1. Select the store to which you want to return the order - Thanks to Convenient Returns, you can send a return to any online store in Poland.
2. Select a courier company - Paczkomat InPost, Żabka or other DPD and DHL points. After filling out the form and making the payment, you will receive a unique return code.
3. Write the return code on the package and then deliver it to the selected point.
4. Wait for the refund - the refund processing time by the store is a maximum of 14 days from the moment of withdrawal from the contract.
